What is included in the Economy Plus company formation package?
The Economy Plus package includes the following services:
- Immediate appointment of officers.
- Filing of all necessary documents.
- Payment of all government fees.
- Digital Certificate of Incorporation.
- Digital Memorandum and Articles of Association with an option to upload bespoke M&A.
- A printed Share Certificate.
- A non-geographic 0333 number.
How will I receive the Certificate and M&A documents if I choose the Economy Plus package?
With the Economy Plus package, your Certificate and Memorandum & Articles of Association (M&A) will be sent to you via email in digital format. Additionally, a share certificate will be sent to you by post.
Can I receive hard copies of the documents with the Economy Plus package?
No, the Economy Plus package does not include hard copies of the documents. If you require hard copies, you should select either the Basic Pack or one of our other comprehensive packs.
Is the Economy Plus package suitable for all types of company formations?
The Economy Plus package is suitable for “Limited by Shares” company formations. For other types of formations such as “Limited by Guarantee” or “LLP,” you should choose a package ranging from Basic to Elite, as specified.
